The Waterville Valley Estates is a Home Owners Community in the heart of Campton featuring a ski area, restaurants, outdoor recreation, and an outstanding community center with an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, basketball courts, a fishing pond, and much more. Legacy is proud to partner with the knowledgeable staff, volunteers, and homeowners to install four 650,000 BTU HTP boilers in their beautiful community center.

Custom Clean-Out Access Panel

This custom clean-out access panel was designed by President Rick Baron as a solution to meet an accelerated construction timeline while controlling costs. During a renovation, this clean-out was discovered positioned in a concrete floor in such a way that the General Contractor was left unable to install the client’s desired flooring while still maintaining ADA compliance and access to the clean-out. Custom Sheet Metal Welding & Fabrication did an excellent job fabricating Rick’s design, and the successful installation allowed the GC to floor up to and around the access panel and to achieve ADA compliance and clean-out access.
