A third-generation master Plumber with 20 years of experience in the industry and a trade school instructor, Rick takes pride in serving as a positive resource and an advocate for his clients, his students, and the industry. Above all, he truly enjoys his craft and the trade. Rick relishes the opportunity to strengthen industry ties and to share his experience and knowledge with those around him.
Nina Ann Baron
Vice President, Owner
A lifelong problem solver with a strong background in Construction Accountancy, Nina takes pride in providing value to the Legacy Team by increasing efficiency and by communicating financial data to key players to facilitate sound decision making. Above all, she is passionate about bringing trades people together to build positive relationships and to build New Hampshire.

Michael Irwin, Project Leader
Michael Irwin is a second-generation Master Plumber/Pipefitter and a licensed Gas Fitter with over 15 years of experience in the trade. Always seeking opportunities to expand his skillset, Michael believes roofs are man-made, meaning there is no limit to what you can achieve. In his role as Project Leader, he oversees commercial construction projects and transfers his knowledge and skill to apprentices in the field. Never content with anything less than excellence, Michael is known for his impressively accurate commercial underslabs, and for his ability to efficiently manage commercial plumbing Teams.
Eli Lemire, Field Leader
Eli Lemire is a licensed Gas Fitter and second-generation Journeyman Plumber. Known as the Legacy Pace-Setter, Eli is an exceptionally skilled plumber who is able to produce at astonishing, relentless speed while upholding the Legacy Quality standards. With years of commercial construction experience under his belt, Eli’s skill, experience, and exceptional on-site Communication shine in large-scale remodels and commercial projects requiring significant coordination with other trades. His ability to problem-solve on the fly and his unfailingly positive attitude make him a highly valued member of the construction Team.
Brandon MacLellan, Project Leader
Brandon MacLellan is a licensed Gasfitter who takes point on Legacy’s equipment service and installations and small custom projects. With a wealth of experience in boilers, water heaters, and water treatment systems, his skill shines in all mechanical applications. As Field Leader for Legacy’s new custom homes and upscale remodels with custom fixtures, Brandon is a thoughtful tradesman and attentive service provider who always gets the job done to the highest standard of satisfaction.
Deaglan Pindris, Oil Technician
Deaglan Pindris is a talented plumber and HVAC technician with a strong work ethic and unfailing resilience. As a certified oil technician and second-year plumbing apprentice with a strong background in HVAC, Deaglan seeks to round-out his education by pursuing both plumbing and heating. His natural inclination for trade skills coupled with his ceaseless productivity, point to a bright construction career.
George Boudreau, Gasfitter
Known for his “million-dollar smile,” George is a licensed gas fitter who comes to Legacy with a strong background in carpentry and a desire to learn everything the plumbing trade has to offer. As a first-year plumbing apprentice, George is a hands-on learner who is particularly interested in mechanical equipment and systems. A highly valued member of the value-centric Legacy culture, George is a Team-player and a true representative of the #HeroByFriday™ mindset.
Michael Valente, Project Leader
Michael Valente is a licensed gas fitter and Journeyman plumber with years of experience in commercial construction. His strong mind for systems and order of operations and his passion for the finer points of Plumbing Code make him an excellent Project Leader, Project Commissioner, and Estimator. Always dotting his I’s and crossing his T’s, Michael applies Quality workmanship and exacting detail in every project he undertakes.
Mohammad Almawali, Gasfitter
Mohammad is a licensed gasfitter and an ambitious plumber known for his attention to technical detail. His innate leadership and unfailing motivation makes him a driving force in the field and a reliable Legacy Pace-Setter. Never content to waste even one minute of time, Mohammad is always thinking 10 steps ahead and making a plan. As a third-year plumbing apprentice, he consistently demonstrates skill beyond his years, and in all tasks he strives for excellence.
Levi, Abel, & Lucia Baron
The Team wouldn’t be complete without Levi, Abel, and Lucia, our honorary plumbers-in-training. At ages 9, 6, and 3 respectively, Rick’s kids are quick to lend a hand wherever they can. Levi is already skilled at cutting pipe, building hangers, and using his own set of power tools, Abel can identify and use a variety of hand tools, and Lucia is an encouraging and inquisitive participant in any task who always wants to know what Daddy and her brothers are doing so she can do it too.

5 or more years of full-time experience in the trade
